At Pawesome Prints, every portrait is custom made and carefully created based on your specific preferences. For this reason, personalized products cannot be returned unless there is damage or a production error. Below you will find our return policy in detail.
Return Conditions
✔ Returns are possible in case of damage or an incorrect item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@pawesomeprints.nl. Include clear photos of both the product and the packaging. In this case, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
❌ Returns are not possible for personalized orders
Since each product is custom made, orders cannot be returned or canceled due to personal preference or incorrect information entered during checkout. Please carefully review all details, such as the selected photo, style, and any text, before completing your order.
Important Information
For Pawesome Prints featuring a pet photo, we always send a preview for approval before the order is processed and shipped.
In case of damage, keep the original packaging and take photos of both the packaging and the product before contacting us.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
