How does ordering a custom pet portrait work?
✔️ Choose a style and upload a photo of your pet.
✔️ Select your preferred size and format (canvas or digital file).
✔️ We send you a digital preview within 1–2 business days.
✔️ Once you approve, we start production and you can expect your portrait within 4–7 business days.
What makes a good photo?
1.) The photo is taken in a well lit space, preferably in natural light and without filters.
2.) Taken from up close, with the head clearly visible. Ideally showing the ears, head, neck, and chest so we can accurately crop your pet’s face. Photos of your pet lying down are not ideal.
3.) Avoid photos taken from above or blurry images.

Can I return a portrait if I am not satisfied?
Since each portrait is custom made, we are unable to accept returns. However, you will always receive a digital preview first, giving you the opportunity to approve it or request adjustments before production.
What if my order arrives damaged?
No worries. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours and include photos of the damage. We will make sure to provide a suitable solution.
How long does it take to receive my order?

✅ Production and shipping: 3–7 business days after approval

Can I still change my order after approval?
As long as you have not approved the digital preview, we can still make adjustments. Once you give your approval, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
Which photos work best for a portrait?
📷 Use a sharp photo with good lighting and a clear facial expression.
📷 Make sure your pet is clearly visible, without filters or blurry details.
📷 Not sure? Upload your photo and we will let you know if it is suitable.
What if I am not satisfied with the digital preview?
You will always have the opportunity to request adjustments to your preview. Minor revisions are always free.
Will my portrait be delivered with a frame?
You can choose between a canvas (with frame) or a digital file in JPG format. You can select your preferred option when placing your order.
Will I see a preview before my artwork is shipped?
Within 2–3 business days after placing your order, you will receive a preview of your artwork by email. You can approve or request changes to the design. If you are not completely satisfied, you can share your feedback and we will make adjustments until you are fully happy with the result.
Can I order a portrait with multiple pets?
Yes. It is now possible to include up to two pets in one portrait. Simply select the number of pets when placing your order and upload clear photos of each one. If you are unsure whether your photos are suitable, feel free to send them to us and we will gladly take a look.
Which animals do you design?
We create portraits for unique pets all over the world. From adorable rabbits to beautiful birds. If it is a pet, chances are we can turn it into a portrait for you.
What is a digital file?
We provide a high quality digital file of your completed artwork in JPG or PDF format. You will receive the digital file within 1–2 business days.

Preview design: within 1–2 business days
Our designers start working on your portrait immediately after you place your order. Within 1–2 business days, you will receive a digital preview by email. Please review it carefully and either approve it or request adjustments.
Production and shipping: within 4–7 business days after approval
Once you approve the design, we begin production. This usually takes 4–7 business days. As soon as your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped.
