How does ordering a custom pet portrait work?
✔️ Choose a style and upload a photo of your pet.
✔️ Choose the desired size and type (poster or canvas).
✔️ We will send a digital proof within 1-2 business days .
✔️ After your approval, we will start production and you can expect the portrait within 4-7 working days .
What makes a good photo?
1.) The photo was taken in a well-lit room. Ideally without a filter and in natural light.
2.) Close up and head on, so that as much of the ears, head, neck and chest as possible can be seen. This allows us to crop your pet's face properly. Photos of your pet lying down are not ideal.
3.) Avoid overhead or blurry photos.

Can I return a portrait if I'm not satisfied?
Because each portrait is custom-made, we cannot accept returns. However, we always send a digital proof first so you can approve it or have it adjusted.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Don't worry! If your order arrived damaged, please email us photos of the damage within 48 hours. We'll find a suitable solution.
How long does it take to receive my order?

✅ Production & Shipping: 3-4 business days after approval

Can I still change my order after approval?
As long as you haven't approved the digital proof, we can still make changes. Once you approve, we'll start production, and changes will no longer be possible.
Which photos work best for a portrait?
📷 Use a sharp photo with good light and a clear facial expression.
📷 Make sure your pet is fully visible without filters or blurry details.

What if I'm not satisfied with the digital proof?
You always have the opportunity to have your proof adjusted. Minor adjustments are always free.
Does my portrait come with a frame?
You can choose between a canvas (with frame) or a digital JPG file. Please specify this when ordering.
Will I get to see a preview before my artwork ships?
Within 2-3 business days after your order, you will receive a sample of your artwork by email. You can approve or reject this design. If you are not satisfied, you can add comments for adjustments until you are completely happy with the result.
Can I order multiple pets in one portrait?
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to order multiple pets on one print. We are working hard behind the scenes to realize this option. Please let us know if this is your wish.
What animals do you design?
We create portraits for unique pets all over the world. From cute bunnies to birds. Chances are if it's an animal, we'll make a portrait for you.
What is a digital file?
We offer a high quality digital file of your finished artwork in JPG or PDF format. You will receive the digital file within 1-2 business days.

Our designers get to work immediately after you place your order. You'll receive a digital proof by email within 1-2 business days. Please review it carefully and approve it or request any changes.
Production & Shipping: Within 4-7 business days after approval
After your approval, we'll begin production. This typically takes 4-7 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped.
