At Pawesome Prints, every portrait is custom-made and carefully crafted based on your specific wishes. Therefore, personalized products cannot be returned unless there is damage or a manufacturing defect. You can read our returns policy in detail below.

✔ Returns are possible in case of damage or an incorrectly delivered product.
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@pawesomeprints.nl. Please include clear photos of both the product and the packaging. We will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
❌ Returns are not possible for personalized orders
Because each product is custom-made, orders cannot be returned or canceled based on personal preferences or incorrect input during the ordering process. Therefore, please carefully review all details, such as the chosen image, style, and any text, before completing your order.
Important information
- For Pawesome Prints featuring a pet photo, we always send a sample for approval before the order is processed and shipped.
- In case of damaged delivery, please keep the original packaging and take photos of both the packaging and the product before contacting us.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
