You can return your order within 14 days if there is something wrong with your portrait.
Because each portrait is custom made to your specific wishes, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on standard orders. Therefore, be careful when designing your poster: check carefully that the text, date and photo are exactly as you want them before ordering. For a Pet Frame with a photo of your pet, we always send a sample for approval before we ship the order.
