It takes about 60 seconds to configure your order. Here is how the whole process works, from start to finish.

Choose a style and upload your photo

Browse our portrait styles: Artistic, Aquarel, Vibrant Brush, Street Art Crown, or Modern Street Art. Pick your favorite, select a size and finish, choose your background colors, and upload a photo of your pet. You can also email the photo after ordering if you prefer.

Choose your finish

Pick between an unframed canvas, a framed canvas (black or brown frame), or a digital JPG file. Sizes run from 20x30 cm up to 120x120 cm.

Get your digital preview

Within 1 to 2 business days, we send you a digital preview by email. Look it over carefully. If you want anything adjusted, just let us know. Changes are always free.

Approve and we ship

Happy with the preview? We start printing. Your portrait will be carefully packaged and shipped within 4 to 6 business days. We ship worldwide.

Photo guidelines — for the best result

  • Close up: make sure the head and neck of your pet are clearly visible
  • Good lighting: natural daylight is ideal, avoid dark or heavily filtered photos
  • Sharp focus: avoid blurry or pixelated images
  • Front-facing angle: a photo from the front or a slight angle works best

How do you order a custom animal portrait?

  1. Choose a style & upload the photos
    Select your favorite art style and upload up to 5 photos (minimum 1) – we will help you choose
  2. Choose size & finish
    Choose a loose poster, canvas or framed artwork.
  3. Receive a digital proof
    We'll send you a digital proof within 2-3 business days . You can still make changes to it.
  4. Approve & we'll start production
    After you approve it, we'll print the artwork. This usually takes 3-4 business days .
  5. Fast delivery
    You will receive your portrait quickly at home and can immediately give it a nice spot!

Photo Guidelines

Close-up photo

Take a close-up of your pet, making sure to include your pet's head and neck.

Good lighting

Use good lighting and a sharp photo. Otherwise you will really see this in the portrait and that is a shame!

Sharp photo

The better the photo, the better the result! Make sure your pet's photo is sharp. Avoid photos that are too dark, blurry or grainy.

Right angle

Take the photo from the angle you want to see your pet. Make sure the face is clearly visible.
